Do customers pay on the website?

Customers send their order to you on WhatsApp. You confirm availability, payment and delivery directly with them. The store does not automatically collect payments.

Can I update my clothes and prices?

Yes. Edit your products, photos, prices, sizes and colours in the builder. Saved changes update your connected live store automatically.

What does the store activity show?

You can see store visits, add-to-cart taps and WhatsApp checkout taps. A checkout tap is not a confirmed sale; you confirm sales with your customer.

Do I need to pay before trying it?

No. Building your store and sharing a 7-day live preview are free. Choose a paid live store plan when you are ready for your own domain.
